Search the Directory

The Technical Assistance Directory (TAD) is designed to make connections between watershed groups and individuals needing technical assistance with in-the-office, instream and on-the-ground watershed restoration projects, and firms, agencies and individuals who have the technical expertise to assist with the implementation of such projects.

Volunteer groups, watershed councils, Soil and Water Conservation Districts, local jurisdictions, state and federal agencies and anyone looking for technical assistance can use this directory to find experts ranging from grant writers and facilitators to geomorphologists and soils scientists. If you need assistance identifying a project, TAD can help. TAD Resource Participants (Participants) may charge full rates, reduced rates or provide pro bono services. FSOS encourages TAD Participants to work with watershed groups as much as possible in providing a good value for their services.

If you need technical assistance with in-the-office, instream or on-the-ground projects, TAD can help. TAD is extremely easy to use and instructions are provided every step of the way. Once your search is complete it's up to you to make contact with the Participants produced in your search. You can print the list, send an email to each Participant or check out websites right from the list. Just click on Search TAD to begin your query.
