Sungnome is the Director of the Natural Resources Services (NRS) division of Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA) and is the North Coast Regional Watershed Coordinator in Del Norte, Mendocino and Humboldt Counties. He has been a natural resource professional for over 25 years and Director of RCAA since 1993. He is responsible for 30-50 employees and an average annual budget of $2 million, largely as a result of having written scores of successful grant proposals. He has a California Landscape Contractor license and years of experience developing and implementing natural resources planning, restoration and education projects.
