Capacity Building
Capacity Building provides you with information on how to start and operate a local watershed group. Samples documents are provided to help you develop bylaws, job descriptions, watershed planning documents and more. There are many references on topics such as forming a non-profit organization. You will find a host of website links to agencies and other organizations working on salmon and watershed issues. In addition, this is the section where you will find information on funding opportunities, public outreach and working with volunteers. Capacity building is all about empowering the people part of salmon and watershed work.
